#MinnegeddonPartDeux -- McCroskeys Mistake...

Mr. McCroskey, on aaj, came out swinging in a thread about libel the moment I mentioned that I have had no alternative but to add two crack def lawyers to my team, just in case a 200M arts organization attempts to libel me as I come forward at the level of the press.  This was nearly a month ago. During that time, McCroskey has fallen prey to virtually every sort of fallacy of logic to try to libel me -- he seems to have a penchant for strawman arguments, but has also thrown out instances of the fallacy of false alternatives, not to mention guilt by association, poisoning the well, and good old ad-homs.  He has also taken to sending a threatening email.  Marsh, another aaj poster, suggested that McCroskey is a part of that forum to push a hidden agenda protecting CIA.  It is curious that he also seems to be protecting this arts org, which, because the last of the original cadre of players that tried to block me is still there, can, with some authority, be called "Monostatos' Orchestra".

During the time McCroskey has been making vile comments a blizzard just happened to blow through the East Coast on January 27th, Mozart's birthday.  It landed the hardest, oddly, in a place called "Marshfield, MA".  But McCroskey's fragile ivory tower of a world can include not even one odd coincidence, much less a whole slew of them.  McCroskey continues to blindly plow on, digging for himself a bigger and bigger hole -- one that could even end up in his being part of a defamation lawsuit.  It does not matter to him that not only most of those in the world of music who tried to slander or libel me are no longer around, but this is also true in the world of JFK assassination research.  McCroskey still seems to think he will be the one to succeed.

One of McCroskey's favorite tactics is isolation -- and here he has made a grave mistake.
